The staff at the American English Academy strive to provide the best educational experience for AEA students through additional support. AEA teachers are qualified and entrusted to bring a wealth of ingenuity and excitement to their classrooms while at the same time contributing to the mission and objectives of the school.The AEA teaching staff is comprised of teachers from the United States, Bulgaria, and Macedonia. The variety of educational and experiential backgrounds support an atmosphere of learning through structured academic plans and classroom management.
In regard to its management, the American English Academy operates in accordance with the principles of smart organizations valuing teamwork, innovation, and collective involvement. Following the contemporary models of organic organizational structures, AEA is managed collectively by a Board of Directors – a team of professionals with specific areas of responsibility and individual contribution to the decision-making process.
