AEA is pleased to announce the following teaching positions for the upcoming school year. Our program follows a US Common Core/international school curriculum. As our program is taught in English, we prefer native or near-native English speakers. In addition to English language ability, we are seeking certified teachers (does not need to be US certification) with a university degree in their area of teaching certification.
Early Childhood Teacher: We seek a teacher for our K3-5 program. Students are taught in age level groups, but have some joint activities within the PreK/K program.
Grade 3 Classroom Teacher: Our elementary school homeroom teachers are responsible for a core program of language arts, mathematics, social studies and science. This a new position due to the growth in student enrollment.
Technology Teacher: The IT teacher teaches keyboarding and research skills to upper elementary and middle school students, and IT classes at the middle and high school levels. Some time is also reserved to support other teachers with integration of technology. This is a new position.
